Help Support Georgia’s Recovery
Meet Georgia – a smart, adorable and spirited 19-month-old girl – and her family, Aaron, Heather, Sadie (6) and Everett (4). Aaron is the head coach of the Willamette University baseball team, and Heather is currently home with the kids.
This amazing, loving family had their world turned upside down late this January, when Georgia had a terrible accidental 15' fall. She was immediately whisked to the local hospital in Salem, where everyone’s worst fears almost came true – Georgia almost didn’t survive. But, she is a fighter. She got put on a Life Flight to OHSU’s Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, where the incredible neurosurgeons, doctors and nurses saved her life.
Georgia’s recovery so far is an absolute miracle, and we are so very grateful – but her journey back to full health is just beginning. She will need additional brain surgeries, therapies and much more, to return to her joyful, playful self.
Please help us support this wonderful family in making sure they can continue to give Georgia everything she needs, without worrying about the incredible burden of the life flight and hospital bills that are already staggering. If you find it in your heart to donate, any amount you can give will be greatly appreciated. We are so thankful for the amazing community surrounding Georgia and her family. Thank you.
