Help Support Gary & Nancy Walker

For years, my parents Gary and Nancy Walker have been pillars of the Topeka community, giving their time, energy, and love to those around them. Whether through their involvement at Holy Name or their deep-rooted connection to Hayden High School, they’ve touched countless lives. Many in the community know Gary as the face of Hayden Bingo, where he has dedicated years to making it a success.

Now, Gary and Nancy need our help.

In September of last year, Nancy was diagnosed with stage 3 triple-negative breast cancer, an aggressive form of the disease. She has fought through months of treatment and is now preparing for a double mastectomy in late March.

As if that weren’t enough, in a heartbreaking turn of events, Gary was recently involved in a serious car accident, leaving him with significant injuries that required multiple surgeries and will involve months of rehab.

With both Gary and Nancy facing major health challenges, they need support to help cover medical expenses, home modifications, and daily living costs as they focus on healing. These two have given so much to Topeka—now it’s our turn to give back.
