Sunday night at around 11:30 William was struck by a truck on state rt. 16 in Newark. Not only did the driver not stop, they did not call for help or alert anyone to the accident. When Will was found laying in the road he was transported to LMH and then med evac took him to OSU where he died from his injuries.
