My name is Racheal Connolly and my father was Mark Connolly (Nubbs). I have been taking care of him for the past 4 years. He suffered from Kidney failure, Cirrhosis of the liver, COPD, and was recently diagnosed with Cancer of the liver. He was on Dialysis for 8 years three times a week. He made the tough decision to end his suffering of doing dialysis last Wednesday February 2nd. He passed away the morning of February 8th. We are asking for help with his memorial services and help pay medical bills and to support myself until I get back on my feet because I had to take time off of work (unpaid) and take care of him full time until next month.
