Help Support Flower's Vet Bills

Update 4/19

Flowers growth seemed to have abscessed last week ,but not to worry, the swelling and inflammation has gone down with her medication and she is now on antibiotics due to the growth now being more open to help prevent any infections

As you can see in the photos the color has improved so much as well. Shes overall progressing well and has responded fine to the medications.

* Update, today Flower was seen by a vet and was given a prescription to get her started on medications. The plan is the medication will give her more comfort and have the tumor swelling go down. We have also done a blood test which waiting in results for and will be doing a urinalysis too*

Hello everyone,

I absolutely hate to do this but feel I am at a point where asking for help is now necessary. As some of you may know, my beloved dog Flower has had some medical issues recently we have been having a difficult time dealing with. Flower was adopted at the Palm Springs Animal Shelter 11 years ago and is my soul-dog. My best friend and basically the love of my life. She is now 16 years old and her age is finally catching up to her.

Last month Flower was seen by a vet due to 2 tumors effecting her quality of life. One is in her mouth, growing right above her right K9 tooth, and the other is tucked in her armpit. The last 2 photos will show what her tumors look like now.

The vet was amazing, and gave us an idea of what we need to do next for Flower, which has now put me in a difficulty finical situation to cover the cost of her vet bills.

We have the following plan in place to help Flower.

We hope to raise funds to get Flower seen by a another vet for biopsy/removal of the oral mass with histopathology and whatever else is medically needed to remove the additional tumors.
