On the morning of Thursday, October 23, life changed in an instant for Fleur, an incredibly bright, kind-hearted high school girl whose smile lights up every room. While she was trying to get on her school bus, a car illegally passed her bus and struck her.

As always, her mother, Siah, was there watching from her car to make sure her daughter got on safely. In a moment no parent should ever have to witness, she saw the unimaginable happen, Fleur was hit and had no pulse at the scene.

She was rushed to the hospital where doctors performed emergency surgery. By God’s grace, Fleur survived. We can see God’s hand even through all these heartbreaking events, from the incredible medical team caring for her, to the small miracle that the way Fleur had styled her hair protected her head and brain from serious injury. In addition , her most precious guardian angel grandmother no doubt by her side .

Fleur’s road to recovery will be long and arduous, but she is strong and surrounded by love. Her mother has not left her side, and we want to make sure she doesn’t have to. This fundraiser is to help support Fleur’s mom so she can remain by her daughter’s side without worrying about work, bills, or daily expenses.
