Help us support the family and funeral expenses of a loving father, son, brother, nephew, boyfriend, and friend of many, Ryan David Smith.

Ryan Smith of Chilliwack BC, aged 38 recently passed away on August 20th, 2021, leaving behind an 8-year-old son as well as 2 baby boys aged 20-month-old and 3-month-old. Our family loved him dearly, and the loss of him has deeply affected us all; gone is now a great, and devastatingly all too young man with an infectious laugh, who loved the outdoors, hiking, fishing, helping those around him in need, and most of all, spending time with his boys.

As his family, it is of utmost importance to us that Ryan not only receives a memorial service deservingly fitted to the amazing man that he was but as well ensure that his three children are guaranteed a safe, happy, healthy, and stable childhood despite the tragic circumstances. Thus, we are seeking the support of those who knew and loved him, as well as those who may not have known Ryan personally but wish all the best for his sons.

The goal of 30,000 we have set will partially be to provide assistance in the costs of his memorial service, but the majority will be set aside into a trust fund for his three children. His aunt, Lisa Smith, will be in charge of the final expenses. A little goes a long way; even a share of this GoFundMe profile on social media platforms will be greatly appreciated.
