I never thought that I would ever need to set up a GoFundMe, however, Nick and I have been hit with pretty steep medical bills (approx $8,000 in total - most of the bills are attached for reference) for our sweet little Ernie at a time when we truly cannot afford these costs. Unfortunately, I have my own medical bills to sort through from a surgery this year and we also have plans of moving in September.

We still don’t have answers as to why Ernie is sick but he’s been hospitalized for the second time so we’re hoping we’ll finally have our answers and a solution for recovery soon. There is a chance that there will be additional medical bills for further treatment, so we’re trying to brace ourselves for that, as well.

This is really tough for us to do, and I don’t expect anyone to donate at all, honestly, but Nick and I appreciate any help we could get. Whether it be kind words of encouragement, love, positive vibes, prayers, or a couple dollars you can spare.
