Emmaleigh is lucky enough to have been one of eight riders selected for the 2026 UK Eventing Global Amateur Tour.

A life-changing opportunity!

Over 11 unforgettable days, Emmaleigh will get to ride & train with internationally renowned Italian event rider Daniele Bizzarro, Gain behind-the-scenes insight & Build international connections that can shape her future career.

For someone who only discovered her passion for horses at 13, Emmaleigh has poured her heart into the sport. Now at the age of 21, she’s not only an Event Rider producing her own 5-year-old, Tristan, but a business owner, running her own agistment centre, Equine Industries AUS, which is located in the Perth Hills!

Her journey has been filled with both triumph and heartbreak. After an outstanding 2021 season where she won the FEI Junior 1* Grandslam Leaderboard, she made the heartbreaking decision to retire her heart horse early in 2022.

That loss closed the door on many Junior and Young Rider opportunities, despite her relentless hard work.

Alongside her riding and business commitments, Emmaleigh is also the primary carer for her mum, Leesa, who was diagnosed in early 2024 with MND and frontotemporal dementia. At just 21, while working three jobs and carrying immense responsibility, she continues to show strength, dedication, and resilience far beyond her years.

This opportunity through the Global Amateur Tour means everything to Emmaleigh. This tour is more than a training trip - it’s a chance for Emmaleigh to step into the future she has worked so hard for - but she can’t get there alone!
