On behalf of our dear friend and colleague, Elisa Sandoval Vargas, we are raising funds to help her through one of the most difficult moments of her life. Elisa recently lost her beloved husband, Juan Carlos Toro. This loss has been devastating, and in addition to the emotional pain, Elisa now faces significant financial responsibilities.
