Help Support Dylan and Vlad's Road to Recovery

Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

As most of you know, Dylan and Vlad were struck by a drunk driver on February 10th, 2024. Both were rushed to the hospital, and their road to recovery has been anything but easy.

Vlad was fortunate to be released the day after the accident, but he soon realized that his injuries required surgery to heal properly. The physical and emotional toll has been immense, but he has thankfully been able to return to work.

Dylan's injuries were far more severe. After multiple surgeries in the ICU, he woke up February 18th. He was transferred to an in-patient rehabilitation center in Palo Alto on March 1st. We hope he will be home in Vancouver by the end of July. Dylan is showing incredible strength and resilience while he recovers away from friends and family, but his doctors have informed us that he will not be able to return to even part-time work until February 2025.

**The Impact:**

As many of you know, Dylan was finally able to realize his dream of buying his first home in November 2023. He was so proud to be able to provide a place for he and Vlad to start their lives together. Without both of their incomes, the financial burden for Dylan and Vlad is overwhelming. Vlad has been able to return to work, but Dylan's short term disability has run out and his long term disability has not yet come through. Their monthly bills are piling up and the stress of their situation is taking a toll on their mental health. We want to help ease their burden as much as possible.

**How You Can Help:**

We have set up this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds to cover their monthly bills, including mortgage, utilities, groceries, and medical expenses. Our goal is to raise $60,000 to help them get through this incredibly challenging time.

**Your Support Means the World:**

Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in their lives. Your generosity will allow Dylan and Vlad to focus on their recovery without the added stress of financial insecurity. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing their story with your network.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and kindness during this difficult time.

With gratitude,
