Hello everyone,
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Chantal and I’m Drew (Andrew for some) and Aida’s oldest niece.
Within the last couple weeks Drew, Aida, and the rest of our family received the disheartening news that Drew not only has pancreatic cancer, but also has cancer in his lungs.
This is has already been an extremely hard year with the unexpected passing of my stepdad back in November, from stomach cancer, and several other deaths in our family. But, we know that God is in control and it is all in his hands.
Drew will be having a port installed, and doing chemo to prolong his life as long as possible. He will not be going back to work. This is his new journey; taking everything a day at a time. So, if you want to help support him and Aida on their new journey (whether it’s to help with medical bills or to send them on a vacation), please feel free to donate. Anything would be absolutely amazing.
Drew has always been more of a big brother to me than an uncle, and this news has been absolutely devastating to me. I want him and Aida to not have to worry about anything and just enjoy life. I love them both so, so much.
