Hi, my name is Laurie Hansen and I’m fundraising for my brother-in-law, Derek Prudhume, Sr. and his family. Recently, our family received devastating news — Derek has been diagnosed with Cancer. As you can imagine, this has completely turned his and our lives upside down. Derek is not only a beloved husband, father, son, and friend — he's also someone who’s always there for others. Now it’s our turn to be there for him. Derek has recently began undergoing treatment that includes surgery, and will soon begin chemotherapy, and while he's fighting with all his strength, the financial burden is overwhelming. Between medical bills, time off work, travel costs for treatment, and everyday living expenses, the costs are quickly adding up. We’re asking for your help to ease the financial pressure so he can focus on what really matters: healing and spending time with his loved ones.
