As a lot of you already know, our good friend, Dave Cook, is going to undergo bypass surgery. There are going to be a lot of foreseen and unforeseen medical expenses to deal with, including missing some work. Short term disability doesn't begin to cover the costs associated with major surgery like this, and no matter who you are or your financial situation this is a huge burden.
