Hey friends! I'm Danney a non-binary 21 year old piercer from London. I am trying to raise money to go private for my top surgery after being on the NHS waiting list for almost a year and having another year or longer to wait to even have my first appointment.
Top surgery would make a huge difference to my life as I have been struggling with chest dysphoria since I was 13. It has taken a toll on both my physical and mental health causing me back and shoulder pain and affecting my confidence to the point where I find it difficult to go out and exercise.
I am hoping to raise £4,000 towards the surgery, which I estimate will cost between £8,000 and £10,000 total. I have £4,000 saved up through working, but due to lack of work at the moment I don't believe I will be able to make enough before an appointment becomes available.
