We are the Lightning Litigators, Cypress Bay's Mock Trial Team. Our team is recognized as one of the top three teams in the Broward County district, which is distinguished as one of the most prestigious districts in the nation. As we approach the 2025-2026 Competition season, we plan on attending two competitions: Empire and the local County Competition. Empire is an international mock trial tournament located in Chicago, with over 40 teams from across the world competing against each other. Our Counties competition takes place at the Broward County Courthouse, and we compete against local high school teams.

However, attending these events involves costly expenses such as travel fares, competition fees, and other essential resources. With your generous donation, we will be able to directly cover these expenses and provide our team with the necessary funding and the opportunity to grow, learn, and compete.
