Hello all!

Cynthia Kelsey, my mother-in-law, was recently diagnosed with lung cancer — news that has completely turned our world upside down. In an effort to stop the cancer from spreading, she underwent a major surgery that removed her entire left lung. The recovery has been painful, but Cyndi is facing it with strength, grace, and hope.

Unfortunately, her insurance has left much of the financial burden on her shoulders. The cost of surgery, follow-up care, scans, medications, and doctor visits is overwhelming — and to make matters harder, she won’t be able to return to work for at least three months while she heals.

Cyndi has always been the one to help others — a devoted mother, a loving friend, and a constant source of support for those around her. Now, she needs our help.
