Help Support Cudi's Urgent Health Needs

Please consider donating to help save my 12 year old dog Cudi. He is more than just a pet, he is my childhood bestfriend and has been with me for all the highs and lows. I’m doing all that I can to help my buddy as he deserves to live without suffering.

Cudi has drastically lost 15 pounds in less than a month. I had to take him to an emergency clinic and spent $500 on just a basic medical exam. We found out he has a heart murmur, cataracts and diabetes. His sugar hit 625 so he was prescribed insulin immediately since that is near coma state. He will have to be on a strict diet and insulin for the rest of his life. There is an overnight testing called a glucose curve that needs to be done to know exactly how much insulin he will need. He also is recommended to get a senior wellness check which is $270 for that, this includes checking of all his organs to make sure there’s nothing else internally wrong.
