Help Support Cooper LeGrande and His Mom During His Recovery
Earlier this week, Cooper LeGrande was in a devastating car accident. His truck struck a tree, rolled several times, and came to rest in a creek. By the grace of God, he was found quickly and pulled from the water before being care flighted to LSU Medical Center.
Cooper is currently in the ICU in a medically induced coma. He has suffered extensive injuries, including:
• A brain injury requiring a shunt to control swelling
• A fractured femur, kneecap, tibia, elbow, arm, hand, and orbital bone
• Lacerations to his liver and spleen
He recently underwent surgery to place a rod in his femur, and more procedures are likely to follow. Though he has reflexes, indicating no major spinal damage at this time, his recovery will be long and uncertain.
Cooper’s mom is by his side every step of the way. This fundraiser will help cover their medical bills, travel, meals, housing, and living expenses while Cooper fights to heal.
We know that prayer works, and we’re so grateful for the outpouring of love and support already. If you feel led to give, please know that every dollar helps ease the burden on Cooper’s family during this unimaginable time.
Please continue to keep Cooper and his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. ❤️
