Help support Clancy’s battle with end-stage Cancer

Dear Friends, Family and Kind Strangers,

I am reaching out to you on behalf of my beloved grandfather, a remarkable man who has always been a pillar of strength and support for our family and everyone who knows him. He has dedicated his life to providing for others and creating cherished memories, and now he needs our help.

At the age of 75, my grandfather has been diagnosed with end-stage cancer of the liver. Since his retirement in 2015 to beautiful Southwest Florida with my grandmother, Judy, he has embraced life with adventure. From beach walks and lighthouse tours to sipping coffee at sunrise and even experiencing the thrill of a NASCAR ride in Daytona, he's filled his years with joy and love.

Unfortunately, the reality of his health condition has made day-to-day life extremely difficult. He is in need of specialized medical equipment, such as a stand assist, to help him maintain some dignity and comfort in his daily activities. Unfortunately, his insurance does not cover these essential items, and they come with a substantial price tag.

My grandparents live on a fixed income, and the financial burden of acquiring this equipment has become overwhelming. That's why we are turning to you, our community, for support. Our goal is to raise $500 to secure the medical equipment needed to improve his quality of life.
