Help Support Cindy’s Immigration Fees and Legal Status

Hello, friends and family,

My name is Cindy Anyiam, and I am reaching out to you today in a time of great need. I’ve been living in the UK for over 13 years, after arriving here when I was just 11 years old. I have built my life here, with all of my immediate family living in the UK. Unfortunately, I’m facing a serious challenge with my immigration situation that I cannot handle on my own.

I recently applied for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), but my application was refused. I was granted Leave to Remain, but I am being asked to pay over £2,587.50 for the NHS surcharge, which I simply cannot afford. Despite applying for a fee waiver, it was rejected. If I am unable to pay this fee, I could lose my legal status in the UK.

As you can imagine, this situation has caused me a great deal of stress and uncertainty. I don’t have any family or support network in Nigeria, and the thought of losing my ability to stay in the UK, where I’ve spent my entire life, is devastating.

I’m turning to you for help. If you can donate to help cover the NHS surcharge, I would be incredibly grateful. Your support will help me keep my legal status and continue to live and contribute to the community I’ve come to call home.
