Help Support Christopher's Cancer Treatment

Monday, August 10th, Christopher was admitted into the hospital at UW Montlake. What we originally thought was food poisoning turned out to be colon cancer and he had an emergency surgery early AM Tuesday. We were told he might not make it through that night, but he did. From there it was hour to hour to day by day and now he's in full recovery and expected to be released for continued outpatient care as early as the next couple of weeks! He will need continued medical items and care as well as chemotherapy in the coming months to years. The extent and the sudden onset of his illness first baffled his doctors and now he has astounded them in the speed of his recovery. There is still a long and hard road ahead, but if anyone can overcome this - it is Christopher. Many of you have asked if we had an account set-up, and while Christopher would never want to initially ask for help, we appreciate the outpouring of love and support you all have provided. At this time we have little idea of how much all of this will cost in the end. This is a hard time for everyone, especially in the age of Covid - please don't give anything unless you are able.
