Help Support Chris Rocky Carzo and His Family During Healing

A message from The Carzo Family:

On June 14, around 6:30AM, Chris "Rocky" Carzo was headed to work traveling East on Route 3 into the sun. He was involved in a T-Bone Car accident, totaling both vehicles, and sending Chris and the other person to the hospital. After various tests and scans, we found out that Chris broke his neck (his C2) and part of his back (his T5). He spent the following 5 days in the hospital while doctors and nurses focused on managing his pain, his ability to walk, and help him learn how to navigate what the coming months of recovery are going to look like.

Chris was sent home almost a week after hospital admission in a hard brace to keep his neck stable. Home healthcare was assigned, and nurses, PT, and OT have started coming to the house weekly to help him on his long road to recovery.

He will get X-Rays and scans to assess his recovery progress and analyze his healing along the way. Chris is the sole income provider of our family and will be out of work until he is able to drive and confidently move his head.
