For over 17 years, one of our most dedicated team members has been an essential part of the Fearless Restaurant Group. Starting as a dishwasher and working his way up to Chef de Partie, he now leads our Prep Production team—a role that requires skill, commitment, and an incredible work ethic. He has truly become the backbone of our kitchen and a valued member of our restaurant family.

Recently, he has faced serious health challenges that required two surgeries. Now, as he continues treatment, the cost of his medicine and chemotherapy has become overwhelming. With no family in the area to lean on, he is carrying this burden largely on his own.

This fundraiser is to help relieve some of the financial stress so he can focus on healing and recovery. Every contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward his medical expenses and provide much-needed peace of mind during this difficult time.
