Help Support Chelsey and Axel with Baby Brian

On March 6th, Chelsey (Perez) Rivera, her husband Axel Rivera, and their daughter Sophia welcomed their beautiful baby boy, Brian Andres Rivera, into the world. What should have been a joyous occasion quickly turned into a heartbreaking and scary situation.

Brian was born with a rare heart condition called Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return (TAPVR), a congenital defect that required immediate surgery shortly after his birth.

Currently, Brian is recovering at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital NICU. The length of his stay in the NICU remains uncertain as his recovery progresses.

In addition to the emotional toll this has taken on their family, the financial strain is becoming overwhelming. Axel had to leave his job to be by Chelsey and Brian’s side during this critical time, and the costs for their ongoing care and recovery are quickly adding up.

We are reaching out to family, friends, and the community to support this family during this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward helping with medical expenses and easing the burden as they navigate this journey.
