As a cosmetic lipoma removal, turned into the diagnosis of cancer, Caleigh Low’s life is about to be altered immensely. Currently, Caleigh is in her last semester of college, in which she is majoring in Radiation Therapy. After almost two years of clinicals in various hospital settings learning how to treat patients affected by cancer, it is now Caleigh who will be undergoing the extensive treatments for her own upcoming battle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Beginning with fertility preservation treatments, to chemotherapy treatments, and various surgical procedures, the Low family is about to undertake the unimaginable costs of treating Caleigh’s cancer. Caleigh and the Low Family are the most selfless people I have gotten the honor to be close with, and as I know this family’s kindness would not allow them to ask for help themselves, I would like to share her story and ask for them.
Caleigh’s Father and Mother, Steven and Kimberly, and her siblings, Justin and Lacie, should solely be focused on being there for their daughter or sister during this difficult time. Medical insurance will not be covering many of Caleigh’s treatments and surgical procedures, so these out of pocket medical expenses will be amounting for this family very quickly. Any support towards Caleigh’s fight with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma would be greatly appreciated by this deserving family. No one should have to fight a battle such as this one alone. Through donating towards this cause, it will allow Caleigh and her family to focus on her journey and recovery, rather than the burden of impending medical bills.
