Help Support Carl!

Update 5/25. What awesome weather outside today. Get outside, enjoy some fresh air and love your family a little extra. Carls recovery is a miracle in front of our eyes. Will still be in the hospital a few more days but his progress is remarkable and feeling better each minute.

I was fortunate to get to visit Carl and see him speaking and moving around quite a bit. For those of us that know and love Carl, he didn’t lose his stubbornness while trying to get out of bed and wanting to move around. Super excited and fortunate to be recovering as he is. Still a long road with some more tests being done over the next few days.

Thank you to everyone who shared, cared, and kept Carl in your thoughts. From his family and friends, Thank You!!

Carl is AWAKE!! Such an overload of emotions. Loss for words. Tears of joy blinding from seeing the screen to type an update. Long road to recovery and more updates as they do testing and confirmations of what’s going on

Very emotional and empowering seeing the support and hitting our original goal. *Deep breath* Thank You… the Moto Family is unlike any other!!

As some of us witnessed, Carl went into cardiac arrest on Wednesday night at the track. Heroically, two members were able to get a pulse as local EMS arrived on scene. Carl remains in Cardiac ICU where his family is anxiously preparing for the recovery ahead.

Carl is a friend unlike anyone. There is no one else as upfront, honest, and caring as he. We are proud to have him as our brother member. He devotes his time to his family and making the club better every day.

As we can all relate, medical expenses and the unknown can be extremely taxing on families. We ask that our Moto community support Carl and his family in any way possible.
