Hi, my name is Cortney. Last night, my brother Cam and his wife Nicole experienced every parent’s worst nightmare — they suddenly and unexpectedly lost their 17-year-old son, Jacob.

Our family is completely heartbroken. Jacob was so deeply loved, and his loss has left an unimaginable pain for his parents, siblings, family, and everyone who knew him. Cam and Nicole are devastated and now facing the overwhelming emotional and financial burden of laying their son to rest.
