I’m reaching out on behalf of my colleague, Jeff, and his dog, Bruce. Many of you know Bruce — he’s the sweetest, most loyal companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Recently, Bruce had to undergo double knee surgery to restore his mobility and quality of life.

The surgery was a success, but it came with a heavy financial burden. Even after insurance, Jeff is facing more than USD $10,000 in out-of-pocket costs. As you can imagine, this has been an emotional and financial strain.
