My name is Candice and I’m a friend of Brooks and Danielle Elliott. A series of unfortunate events have landed my friends between a rock and a hard place and they need a little help pulling themselves out.

This past August, the family found themselves in crisis when Brooks had a heart attack. Luckily, he made it through but subsequently, he was out of work for over a month after that. Brooks never got back to 100% health. He has suffered with exhaustion, chest pains and difficulty breathing ever since. December 27th, he landed back in the hospital and found out that he’s got a bad aortic valve which was the cause of his lasting symptoms. He has an appointment with the surgeon on the 25th to schedule a valve replacement ASAP. That will put him out of work for yet another 6 weeks at minimum.

To know Brooks and Danielle Elliott and their family is to love them. If you know them, you know they’d give you the shirts off their backs if you were in need. They have been a ray of sunshine in so many of our lives and I’m confident we can bring a little bit of that light back to them!

All donations will go directly to the Elliott’s bank account so that it can be immediately used for bills, food, and moving expenses.
