Help Support Britney & Roman During This Health Crisis

Hi, my name is Shawnice and I’m reaching out as a mother who is watching her daughter and son in law go through something no family should ever have to face.

Many of you know my daughter Britney and her husband Roman. They are amazing parents to five beautiful children, their youngest just born on June 16th. They are also hard working business owners. Britney owns a salon and Roman runs his own lawn care business. They have always worked so hard to provide for their kids and they are the type of people who show up for everyone else without hesitation.

But right now they need our help.

Mon July 14th Roman suddenly collapsed at home. What started as what he thought were just migraines turned into something life threatening. His blood pressure was dangerously high and after an emergency room visit we learned his heart is under severe stress, his kidneys are struggling (Stage 4 CKD), and he is now in the critical care unit being monitored around the clock.

As you can imagine this has completely turned their world upside down in less than 24 hours. Britney is still healing from giving birth just a few weeks ago and hasn’t been able to return to work full time. Roman, who had been working long hours in the summer heat to pick up the slack, can no longer work while fighting for his health.

That leaves them, two parents who give their all to everyone around them, suddenly with no income and five children to care for.

I am humbly asking for any help you can give to help them cover basic needs for their family during this incredibly difficult time. Every dollar, every prayer, and every share means so much to us.
