Support Brayden’s Recovery After Tragic Car Accident

Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I’m Brayden’s fiancée. I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for the man I love and the father of our three beautiful children — Killian, Amara, and Dean.

On May 6th, Brayden was in a horrific, life-altering car accident that has forever changed our lives. His left leg was completely shattered, his ankle broken, his jaw and nose fractured, multiple ribs broken, and his lung punctured. He spent three days in the ICU, fighting through life-threatening injuries, and has now been moved to his own room on the trauma/neuro unit. Although we are grateful for this step forward, Brayden still faces a long and difficult road to recovery.

So far, Brayden has undergone major surgery to completely repair his shattered left leg and his right ankle. We are hopeful that no additional surgeries will be needed right now, but doctors have told us he may still require surgery to stabilize and repair his broken ribs. His body has been through so much already, and there are still many hurdles ahead as he heals.

This accident has not only impacted Brayden’s body — it has forever altered the course of our family’s life. Things will never be the same for us. The challenges ahead physically, emotionally, and financially are overwhelming, but we are determined to help Brayden heal and rebuild as best as we can.

Brayden is a wonderful dad and an incredible partner. He’s amazing with our kids — always making them laugh, encouraging them, and showing up with love and patience every day. He’s also an inspiring comedian with a deep passion for helping everyone around him, no matter what they’re going through. His heart and humor have touched so many lives, and now he needs us to lift him up.

Over the next few months, Brayden will continue to recover from these extensive surgeries and begin the long process of rehabilitation. He will be non-weight-bearing on his left leg for at least three months, which will limit his ability to work or help provide for our family.

We have created this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial burden. Donations will go directly toward Brayden’s medical bills, physical therapy, mobility equipment, household expenses, and the costs of caring for our children while we focus on his recovery. Every dollar will help ease the weight on our family and give Brayden the best chance to heal and regain his strength.
