As some of you may or may not know, Kira has decided to take legal action against Luke; this suit is seeking back pay in child support and travel fees dating back to 2020, despite having an agreement for there to be no legal child support requirements as a basis for Kira being able to take the girls out of New Mexico. If granted her request, the total amount will be upwards of $50,000. This situation has come as a surprise and it has placed a significant financial burden in an already challenging time.

As a loving father, Luke has always prioritized the well-being of his children and has been committed to providing for them. However, the legal fees associated with this lawsuit are substantial, and he needs to secure a qualified attorney to help navigate this complex situation effectively. The retainer fee required to ensure legal counsel is beyond what we are able to manage alone at this time.
