Help Support Billie After a Devastating Injury

We’re reaching out today on behalf of our wonderful teammate, Billie, who many of you may know as one of our amazing Transaction Coordinators in training. Billie is kind, hardworking, and always quick to lend a hand to others — but now she needs our help.

On Community Service Day, Billie suffered a serious fall that resulted in multiple breaks to her wrist and knuckles. She underwent reconstructive surgery on Tuesday and now faces a long road to recovery, including extensive physical therapy in the months ahead.

As if that weren’t enough, on the way home from the hospital, Billie was involved in a minor car accident — adding unexpected vehicle repair costs on top of an already overwhelming situation.

Because Billie just started with us, she is currently in between insurance coverage. She's also a single woman and the sole caretaker of her grandson, which makes this injury — to her dominant hand — even more impactful. She will be unable to work, drive, or care for herself and her grandson independently for quite some time, and will be relying on others for daily support.

We’re raising funds to help ease the financial burden of:

Medical expenses and physical therapy not covered by insurance

Lost income while she recovers

Transportation and caregiving assistance

Car repairs

Basic living costs during this difficult time
