Hi, everyone. As many of you know by now—Barak—whom many of us call a dear friend, was diagnosed in August with stage 4 renal cancer that spread from his kidneys to his lungs and brain.

He went from being healthy and strong to sick suddenly without warning. So far, he has undergone two cancer treatments: brain radiation, and immunotherapy, as well as brain surgery.

Considering everything he and his body, and spirit, have gone through in a short amount of time, Barak is being a real warrior, truly inspiring.

Barak and his incredible wife, Dinara, are being super strong and committed to staying positive, but to say that this crisis has turned their life upside down is an understatement. They need our help.

In addition to keeping up with endless doctor appointments and post-surgery therapy, Barak and Dinara are also caring for their energetic toddler, 17-month-old Olivia.

They also have little support. Both Barak and Dinara's families live far away in other countries. They have no relatives nearby.

Additionally, Barak and Dinara have had to put their business on hold for now, and because of Barak's condition he cannot drive. (And Dinara does not drive.)

As a member of a beloved community, please continue to send prayers for Barak, and also please consider donating ANY amount, no matter how big or small, to help them through this incredibly difficult time. Every bit makes a difference.
