Help Support Baldomero Reyes' Recovery

On Sunday December 1st around 1 am, my dad, Baldomero Reyes, suffered a seizure and stroke while working. He was rushed to the ER and later admitted to the SICU, where he was diagnosed with a stroke and a brain bleed that has left his left side completely paralyzed. While he struggles to speak, we are grateful that he can still communicate with us, and his medical team is optimistic about his recovery. They expect that he will need intensive rehabilitation over the next 6 months to a year.

Though his condition remains critical, we hold onto hope and continue to pray for his strength. My dad has always been one of the hardest-working people we know, and it's been incredibly difficult for him to face the reality of being unable to work. The medical expenses, combined with the uncertainty of his ability to provide for our family, have been a significant concern.

Additionally, my mom has taken a leave of absence from work to be by his side, which has added to the financial strain. We have created this fundraiser in the hope of easing some of the burden of his medical treatment, rehabilitation, and the time my mom needs to care for him. This will allow our family to focus on his recovery without the added worry of financial stress.

Your visits, prayers, and encouragement have meant the world to him, and he is deeply grateful for your unwavering support.
