We are reaching out to ask for your help for Cali Crandall, a sweet and strong 18-month-old girl from Charlotte, NC, who is facing an unimaginable medical battle.

On March 27, Cali’s parents, Matt and Cassie, rushed her to the ER when she suddenly became lethargic and began vomiting. A CT scan revealed a large glioma tumor in her brain that was actively bleeding, causing dangerous pressure inside her head.

Doctors acted immediately, performing emergency surgery to place a drain and relieve the pressure, followed by a critical operation to remove the tumor. While the surgery was successful in removing the mass, Cali’s medical journey is far from over. The cause of the tumor is unknown, and her doctors are closely monitoring her for any further complications.

Matt and Cassie are hardworking small business owners who provide their own health insurance. Unfortunately, they will be facing overwhelming medical expenses from Cali’s emergency care, hospital stays, and ongoing treatments. To make things even more challenging, Cassie is expecting their second child, a baby boy, in June.
