Dear Friends,
My name is Nihar Das, residing Herndon, VA and a family friend of Ashish. I am shocked and never expected a day would come where we had to create a GoFundMe page for untimely demise of our dearest friend Ashish Kumar Lenka from cuttack, Odisha, due to COVID-19. He came from Bangalore to his home town to work from home and to take care of his family but God has a different plan. Ashish was the only son of his parents. He left this material world and hugged by heavenly God at an early age of 37 with leaving behind his son Swapnish (4-year-old) and a doting wife Swagatika (homemaker). It is with a heavy heart we request your aid in helping Ashish’s 4year old son’s future education and to take care of his bereaved aging parents (Father:67 & Mom:59).
Life was beautiful until April, 2021, when COVID-19 storm devastated his family, he had stood strong to take care his aging parents and family, he helped in every single step to make sure his family recovered good. Unfortunately, he contracted with covid-19, and fought hard for 2 weeks, but he lost the battle and passed away on 25th May 2021.
Ashish was a great dedicated father, a loving husband, and an obedient loving son. More than that he was a great human being with kindhearted and always having a smiley face. The bitter truth is it is impossible to bring Ashish back, but all we can do is to come together and support his Son’s future education and support his family to survive.
Coming from a poor family with financial hardship, he had struggled hard and managed to complete his technical education and was working in a private company.
We as friends have initiated this fundraising to reduce some financial burden on his wife Swagatika while she fights this exhausting battle to secure their 4year old son’s future.
Please contribute generously and share this link to your friends and family. Every penny will reach to his wife (Swagatika), No amount is small, and your generous help will be appreciated.
Thank you from bottom of our heart.
God bless you and your family.
