Devastatingly, beautiful 4 year old Arthur experienced a medical episode this week and his family are now preparing to say goodbye to him in PICU.

Arthur is a funny, kind, sweet and fun loving little boy who wouldn’t take long to put a smile on your face when you meet him. He has a love for monster trucks and loves being active riding his bike and kicking a ball around.
