Hello, my name is Anthony, Most of you know me as Bear. I am 32 years old and a father of three children. I have full custody of one of my children, and I am doing my best to provide and care for my family during a very difficult time.

I have been diagnosed with heart disease and kidney disease, and I am currently undergoing dialysis. I also live with diabetes. Because of the severity of my heart condition, I am no longer able to work. I receive SSI benefits, but it is not enough to cover basic living costs for my family, especially in today’s economy. On top of this, I no longer have medical insurance, which has made it extremely difficult to afford necessary doctor appointments, treatments, and medications.

I am asking for help to:

• Cover essential bills and daily living expenses

• Secure stable housing for me and my children

• Afford medical appointments, dialysis-related costs, and prescriptions
