Help Support Andrew & His Family Fight Lung Cancer

Hello, our names are Paige Ehrler (Hardesty) and Taylor Werner (Hardesty), and we appreciate you taking a moment to read our family’s story. Several weeks ago, our family was blindsided with a medical diagnosis for our hero and best friend, our dad, that no one ever wants to hear…lung cancer. And while we begin fighting this already terrifying and unknown fight, there is further stress added for our sick dad and distraught family as our dad is an independent contractor. This means he unfortunately has no benefits or disability at his disposal for something this financially, physically, and emotionally draining.

If you know our parents at all, you know they are not ones to ask for handouts or help. They are humble, selfless people who would give the shirt off their back and the food from their plates to anyone in need and have done so many times. They have been married for 36 years and my dad is my mom’s entire universe. He is our world and the best dad anyone could ever hope to be blessed enough to have. Without him, we are not whole. He is the life of the party and the sunshine for anyone who meets him. Now is the time he could use some sunshine himself.

The money donated here will be focused directly towards not only medical expenses but also basic necessities like utilities, housing, and food.
