Andra is a 27 year old single parent with a beautiful 12 month old little girl. Andra has recently been diagnosed with a retinal tear and detachment in both eyes. 
This is treatable with a very expensive surgery. If left untreated she will go blind.
Andra isn't able to afford health insurance.  The thought of not being able to see her baby grow up is overwhelming enough. Then with the added cost it is almost unbearable.
