As many of you know on Tuesday March 31st, six month old, Nova Nelson started having frequent and completely unexpected seizures.

After quickly being admitted to Nanaimo Hospital, and then airlifted to Victoria, she has now been flown to Children’s Hospital in Vancouver.

Currently, no root cause has been found for the seizures and medication so far is having limited impact. The next round of tests may take between weeks and months to return so financial support will be needed over this longer hospital stay.

We would like to offer this page to help support this family through this difficult season. Joel and Nella, are amazing parents, and amazing friends to all of us.
