Help support and fund for damages after fire

Hi my name is Heather and I am asking for help in raising funds for a dear friend of my Mom’s. She would do it herself, but she doesn’t have a Facebook! On 1/29/24, my Mom received a phone call in the middle of the night, by her friend who was very distraught, due to being woken up to the news that his house burnt down. Luckily, he was not in the house at the time, nor was anyone else. Although no one was injured, the house had 5 cats, 4 dogs, 2 sugar gliders, and 1 mini pig. Unfortunately, none of the animals survived. The owner of the home, Larry (75), was a lover of animals to say the least. He considered these animals to be his only family, aside from his only living family member, his niece. We know that nothing can replace this loss, which also included priceless photos and memories of his sister that had passed away a few years prior. We are hoping that we can help him by raising money to replace the things that are replaceable. This includes basically buying everything that would be needed for a new home (clothes, furniture, personal items, etc.). Every little bit will help and is deeply appreciated! The home was located in Amma, West Virginia, which is a small town near Charleston. We also understand that times are tough right now, so if you are unable to donate, please share! Thank you so much!
