Help Support Allie Lee & Her Previvor Surgery

Hi.  One of my best friends from high school, Allie Lee,  lost her mom way too soon to breast cancer. After having genetic testing done, she discovered she also carries the gene mutation that runs in the women in her family who have all been diagnosed with breast cancer. Allie has made the brave decision to become a Previvor and have a preventative double mastectomy with reconstruction surgery that involves abdominal surgery, which is scheduled for December 19, 2018. The surgery will take a minimum of 14 hours, and due to the abdominal portion of the surgery, Allie's recovery will take months. She will also require future surgeries to fine-tune the reconstruction.  Allie will need both personal and financial assistance for months post-surgery, and there are many items that insurance will not cover.
