My niece was diagnosed with Type III Pleuropulmonary Blastoma about a week ago. For those not familiar, PPB is a rare childhood cancer in the family of soft tissue cancers commonly known as sarcoma. A tumor was found to consume her whole left lung in which doctors were forced to remove the lung in its entirety. Unfortunately, the cancer has spread to her ribs. We have already begun the chemotherpy process but we have a long road ahead and I want Alivia and the people around her to have as much support as possible so I'm asking for help from anyone willing to make an effort, even if it's just sharing this link.
