Help Support Alisha In Her Makeup Career Journey

Hey everyone, my name is Alisha, and I’m reaching out from the heart. I’m building something that’s more than just a business it’s a dream, a mission, and a second chance.

Back in 2018, I was going through a really dark time. I was battling depression, trying to find myself, and makeup became my outlet. It gave me peace. It gave me confidence. And it reminded me that even in the mess, I could still create something beautiful.

That journey led me to start doing makeup for others especially those going through tough times. Over the years, I’ve offered free services to cancer warriors, women facing financial hardship, hosting kid makeup classes and anyone who just needed to feel loved and seen.

This year, I’m working with three schools, offering complimentary prom makeup to six young women at each school, one student who’s thriving academically, and one who’s pushing through hardship. It’s my way of giving them a moment to feel special, confident, and celebrated.

But the truth is, while I’m giving back, I’m also struggling. I’m a single mom, working a full-time job, and trying to get my dream off the ground with whatever I’ve got left after bills and responsibilities.

I recently started my very own cosmetic line called The Laruche Collection by Betty Bee, and it’s something I’m incredibly proud of. It’s supposed to launch this year, but to do that, I need help. I need support. I need encouragement even just a little goes a long way.

What I’m Raising Funds For:

Buying inventory & supplies for my upcoming launch

Securing a space to create and serve clients

Covering startup costs while continuing to support my community

My Long-Term Vision:

This isn’t just about makeup it’s about building a legacy. I want to open:

My own makeup school in the near future to teach, empower, and inspire other women to build something for themselves

A full-service salon that feels like home, where beauty meets healing and community comes first

I’m doing this while being a mom, working full-time, and still showing up for people around me. I’m human, I’ve been through it, and I’m still going. I just need a little help to keep going and growing.
