Hello, my name is Stephanie, and I am the oldest daughter of Alicia. 

In December 2024, our family received devastating news—my mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Since then, her health has declined, and she is now bedridden. The vibrant, loving spirit that has always defined her is fading, but our love for her remains as strong as ever.

My mother raised four children, often on her own, working tirelessly to provide for us. She nurtured our dreams, gave us strength, and ensured we always felt safe being ourselves. Her love and sacrifice shaped the people we are today. 

Because her body is too weak to endure chemotherapy, she has chosen to spend her remaining time at home, surrounded by her children and granddaughter—the people she loves most. 

Our greatest wish is to honor that choice and ensure she is comfortable, safe, and cared for in these final days.
