Help Support Alan Hartley's Wife & Son

On April 13th, 2025, our dear friend Alan Hartley passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving his pregnant wife Mariya (due June 1st) and son James (7 years old) bereft. Alan was a devoted father and a loving husband—his heart belonged wholly to his family. We miss him deeply and are heartbroken by his absence.

We are fundraising to help pay for the funeral, hospital fees for the birth of Alan and Mariya's son, baby necessities, and other vital needs for Mariya and James as they work to rebuild their lives without Alan.

For those who knew Alan, he was clever, erudite, and witty. His intelligence was only eclipsed by his generosity and kind heart. A longtime supporter of Alzheimer's Los Angeles, he proudly served on the board of directors. His exuberance for a cause close to his heart was infectious, helping to generate remarkable financial support for the organization.

Alan was the President of Hartley Property Services, Inc. and a member of the executive team at McCormick Interiors & Renovations, Inc. and DDX Construction. He is survived by his loving wife Mariya, his young son James, his soon-to-be-born son, and his beloved mother Carole.
