Help Support AJ and His Cherished Family

It is with heavy hearts we share of AJ's passing yesterday after a long battle with cancer. He was with family in the comfort of his home. He will be sorely missed, and we find solace in knowing he is now at peace with God. Service details to be shared soon.

When living our day-to-day lives and tragedy strikes, it is then we witness the true spirit of family, friendship, compassion, and gratitude.

As many of you may know, our friend, brother, husband, and father, AJ Javier was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Mary, Jordan, Joshua, and especially AJ, have been bravely persevering through the surgeries, chemotherapy, and treatments. After the best of efforts, second opinions, and further diagnostic tests, his liver is filled with innumerable tumors and there are no other options. The heart-wrenching prognosis is that his liver will shut down in two to four months. AJ is sad to be leaving us but is comforted that he will be with God and that he will see all of us again in the future.

At this time, AJ is trying to see as many of his family and friends as he can with the brief time he has left. He is using this time to surround himself with the love of his family, his friends, and his community. He and his family are lovingly making plans for his end-of-life care and funeral services.

As his family faces the tidal wave of upcoming challenges, now is the time for us to come together and support AJ, Mary, Jordan, and Joshua with our generosity and love. We all share AJ’s concern for his family’s well-being after his passing.

Your donation will support AJ’s hospice care, treatments, and medications that aren’t covered by insurance, some time off work for Mary to be with AJ during his final days, as well as his funeral expenses. Let us come together and honor the beautiful, meaningful, and humble life of our dearest AJ. Your donation will be a testament to the bonds AJ built with us and the love we share.
